He most recently posted on blue sky about his wildly radical beliefs that he feels lawfully other students dont have first amemendent rights to refuse to call someone by theyre gender and quotes some ambiguious case law in regards to corporation naming. These are just some of the sick and woke Radical Idioligical things he has posted on blue sky.
Why it matters:
The Department of Justice should not be radicalized to one-sided ideologies. This also proves that the DOJ deliberately targeted concerned parents who fought back against violations of their First Amendment rights. Simply put, the government—or any single entity—cannot command or compel speech. Forcing someone to use made-up pronouns is compelling speech, which is unconstitutional.
However, if you cross-reference this DOJ agent and many others in the leaked interim office memo, you will find that they all have similar profiles—extremely radical leftists working within the Justice Department, with post after post of their own personal thoughts on how they will “get Trump” or “get those white supremacist Republicans.”
It’s interesting that the FBI conveniently launched an investigation into Trump over classified documents. Under whose direction or request? Under what probable cause? It’s not even within the FBI’s jurisdiction to investigate classified documents, as they lack the clearance and expertise to do so. Senator Marco Rubio wrote a letter to the DOJ stating that he had oversight over such matters and asked why Sens. Mark Warner and Marco Rubio, the chair and vice-chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, were left in the dark about the investigation. They had direct oversight and authority.
Then there are the letters from Senator Maloney & Adam Schiff urging the DOJ to pursue damages related to the classified documents. On what basis does a senator have the authority to interfere with an investigation or make special requests and charges without even being part of the investigation? Are we not going to call out the suspicious actions of Senator Carolyn B. Maloney, who resigned shortly after writing this letter to the DOJ and was recently photographed with Hillary Clinton?

My point:
Democrats claimed there was no bias, yet the evidence proves otherwise. The weaponization of the DOJ under Democrat leadership was a dark and troubling time for America. The American people still need answers. Who initiated the FBI investigation? Who ordered it? Why wasn’t a simple request for the documents made instead of a full-blown raid?
Presidents have the authority to declassify any and all documents. As an American who is intelligent and understands the law, I want to know how and why this was allowed to happen. Why was Trump treated as a criminal when other presidents—Obama, Clinton, and Joe Biden—were caught with classified documents but were neither criminally prosecuted nor raided?
Lastly, why isn’t Trump investigating and prosecuting those responsible for the weaponization he endured? Remember, the DOJ didn’t just come for Trump—they came for all Americans who refused to toe the Democratic Party line.
