In an effort to delay the inevitable twitter takeover by Elon Musk, an Orlando, FL police pension board Filed a suit against The Tesla Billionaire in a Delaware Court Friday.
It was Filed under the case name and No:
Orlando Police Pension Fund v. Twitter Inc, No. 2022-0396, Delaware Chancery Court.
It is unknown as to what the Orlando Police Pension Fund’s ties to Twitter other than stock, but we can only speculate that it is politically motivated as much of the rhetoric in
the filing, complains of Musk’s Critical opposition to the platform’s restrictive speech Decisions. & Has many frivolous loose accusations that most likely wont succeed at trial.
I believe the suit that was filed is merely a delay tactic from rogue chair holders, employees and board members seeking
revenge and retribution.
